App is hopelessly useless. First, it continuously freezes. Next, I'm on property and my current vacation does not show up. I have to create a fake reservation to see any events or info. Third, order ahead opens in a browser and also doesn't work - tap an item and nothing happens, no options are shown and items do not go in the cart. I'm sure there's more problems, but I'm done with this and have no desire trying to find them.

Hopeless for years now. Completely useless as a tool when on property or off. continually freezes, crashes, or can have wrong information when it does finally connect. same experience across multiple devices, for years, at several resorts. The problem clearly is corporate and existed pre-Marriott blending, but it has also not improved.

continually buggy. app logs me in and then gets stuck ina loop stating there is a minor issue that is taking me back to the home page. I'm already on the home page. no reservations showing up even though I'm already on property.
